Located in a resort-style community, this ground-level desert oasis unit offers premier privacy and all of the resort amenities without the fees. More than 800 Sq. Ft. with a comfortable living space, master suite, oversized luxury bathroom, and access to a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, fitness center, club house and much more.
The space
The Highland Escape is the perfect balance of location, space and amenities to create the ideal Scottsdale, Arizona getaway. Nestled near the famous McDowell Mountain Range in Central Scottsdale, the 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo offers more than 800 (SF) of livable space that sleeps up to four people complete with an oversized master suite with a king-sized Tuft-N-Needle bed, walk-in closets, a gorgeous bathroom with all of the personal touches for visitors including extra towels, toiletries and pool accessories, a full living room and designer leather sleeper sofa, a spacious dining room, upgraded kitchen with all of the personal touches, including a brand new osmosis system for delicious drinking water, two types of coffee makers and everything you need to make meals or BBQ.
The furnishings are all brand new including the oversized modern floor tiles, granite counters, modern gold fixtures, quality furnishings and bedding. The oversized windows illuminate the interior space providing plenty of natural light – each window is fitted with blinds for privacy.

Imagine vacationing at a luxury resort but without the extra fees and traffic. The Highland Escape is located in the highly desirable condominium communities in the heart of Scottsdale. With sunshine for more than 300 days out of the year, you can easily find yourself soaking up the sun at one of the tranquil pools, unwinding in the outdoor hot tubs, or enjoy a pick up game of tennis or pickle ball without the extreme humidity. (The condo is equipped with a set of pickle ball rackets and balls). Enjoy additional amenities such as, reserved covered parking, open barbecue areas, clubhouse access, and an outdoor fire pit inside the main pool area for evening cocktails or s’mores.

Central Scottsdale Location - Scottsdale is a premier destination for events and attractions all year long. Loved our getaway to the Phoenix area North Scottsdale to be exact. It’s central to anything you want or need. The property is beautifully maintained, amazing amenities on the property grounds as well as near the property. We felt at home and safe staying here. We will definitely book again in the near future. Easy process for booking, communication with owner was spot on and check out. Thanks for the wonderful opportunity to stay at your adorable condo!

We had a wonderful stay(16 days) at Lauren's Scottsdale Condo. This 1 bedroom unit was steps from the pool and a 1 minute walk from multiple places to eat and shop. The development is really well kept and the heated pools are ideal for a stay any time of year. The neighbors are nice and welcoming. Lauren even thought to stock the unit with our favorite coffee. She was very easy to reach if we had any questions. There was nothing more we could have asked for in the unit, other than maybe a clock in the bedroom.We would most definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in March. In the past, we have used VBRO many times. This condo was on the top of the list. It had plenty of supplies, additional activities, and was very clean. The unit was very close to the pool and hot tub. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Unit quite small with so/so furnishings. No view from
windows except for units across the walkway. Noisy walking in unit above. Unit was clean. Hot water very, very slow to arrive at the faucets---a real waste of water from the Colorado River, especially if all the other units of this complex had a similar hot water delivery issue.
