We choose Ken's location because of the price value. You get everything what you need and the place itself is very nice. Communication with Ken is more than perfect and always available before and during your stay. However please be aware you rent a location where you have 3 other condos connected to you. That brings certain noise during the night e.g. barking dogs, loud A/C which is randomly very noisy. We had an issue with the door, which got fixed remote. Thanks Ken for your support. The community pool is small and during the week you are almost alone. But weekend it can be packed and noisy and then you face 6 adults and 6 kids. Be prepared of this...Around the location is everything you need. We walked over to the Handlebar J which we loved and there are a few breakfast placed in walking distance. Parking is easy in front of the community. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place.

Great location, great communication, and great price. We weren't sure how nice the pool would be in real life based on the photo, but the entire complex the condo is located in is very well kept with lovely landscaping, and the pool was heated and very pleasant. The condo itself is not brand new inside, but it's attractive, clean, functional, and comfortable. The mattresses and pillows could be a little better. We loved that the property is pet friendly. We had a couple minor maintenance issues that the property manager helped us resolve quickly.

The condo is centrally located near the Shea and Scottsdale intersection making it easy to access any surrounding area. It is located across from a high school; though, you will not notice it as the students seem to be respectful of their whereabouts when walking through the complex. Parking was easily accessible and I always felt safe and secure while in the comfort of the condo. The front door desperately needs to be replaced as it has served its purpose - not pleasingly aesthetic, nor properly functional. No idea how to explain the master suite bed setup - inconvenient and annoying - specific to the bed frame. The mattress set was comfortable once you CLIMBED OVER the frame. My visit was almost a month and I made it work. Communication with Ken and his mother was prompt and receptive. Give the place a try!
