This two-story townhouse is in a Small Quiet, Gated community, and was built in 1998 with 1250 square feet and attached, Two-car garage. This unit is fully furnished and has its own small private patio... just bring your clothes and swimsuits!
Pool area is beautifully landscaped with gas grills and covered patio area - perfect for a relaxing afternoon or evening.
Mayo Clinic is about four miles away. Golf, Restaurants, Shopping and Entertainment are abundant and just minutes away. Long Bike/Walking path is nearby.

This centrally locates unit is convenient for everything you want to do in Scottsdale! It is a beautiful unit and very quiet. Our hosts checked in with us to make sure things were good which they are! Perfect!
