Its prime location just off Scenic Highway 30A is just minutes from the sugar-white Seacrest beaches, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options in 30A.
Hardwood floors, granite countertops, outdoor seating, and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this home a worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy furnishings while the dining area offers seating with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The living and dining room lead to the porch, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the seabreeze.
The first master bedroom is located on the first floor; with a king-sized bed and shared bath. The second floor holds three bedrooms; a master suite with a king-sized bed and twin daybed. A spacious private master bathroom with double vanities, stand-in shower and a relaxing jacuzzi tub. The first and second guest bedrooms also have king-sized beds and a shared bathroom.

– Private Beach Access: The Seacrest Beach North Community enjoys private beach access, through the Sunset Beach Community. Seacrest guests are able to use the Seacrest Deeded (Private) Beach Access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community. Seacrest residents and guests may walk through the pedestrian boardwalk, or ride the tram through the easement.
– Beach Service: The Seacrest Beach Homeowners’s Association is proud to have La Dolce Vita act as our ambassadors down at the beach. You can reserve beach chairs or setup a beach bonfire by visiting their on-line reservation portal.
– Pool Access: Bike, walk or take the Tram to the Seacrest Community pool, the largest resort style pool on 30A!
– Beach Chairs: Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use, located in home's outdoor beach container. (Note: Availability & condition not guaranteed).
– Tram Service: From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram stops in the neighborhood to the beach or the Lagoon. Simply walk out your front door go to the nearest tram stop and then call for pickup. The tram will arrive within fifteen minutes. The tram starts running every day at 9:00 AM and the last pickup from the beach is 5:30 PM seven days a week.

Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

Great house! Well stocked kitchen with spices which is a rare find in rentals. Comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of pillows. Great location to walk everywhere and close to the tram pick up spot. Would def stay here again with a big group.

The beach house was exactly as described with its spacious living area and bedrooms. It was located on the back of the resort property so it was nice and quiet, with private space on all 3 sides. They had everything we needed to cook and feed our extended family of 9 including strong WiFi for 4 people to work! The beds and bedding was hotel quality and comfortable. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and electricity and both problems were resolved in a timely manner. The resort itself was excellent with its pools, beach shuttle, and proximity to shopping and outdoor bars was excellent.

The house was dirty when we arrived so we had to wait for the after hour representative contacted the housekeeping service. Also,after asking where to pick up the welcome package, we were told that parking pass and wristbands were not needed for the property. However, we received a parking citation and wristbands were fact needed for the pool and beach access
