The location and cleanliness of the property was a 10/10. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure. A couple of tips: the kitchen was well appointed in terms of cutlery and dishes, but it would be a nice touch to have some Basic Seasonings (S & P), Saran Wrap, Cooking Spray, etc. We always stock the kitchen at the beginning of our stays but it was a lot of "extras" grabbing those basics in addition to toilet paper and paper towels. Lastly, I would give visitors a "heads up" on the umbrella rentals and chair for the beach. It was SO busy, and we were only able to secure rentals for one day. People that repeatedly visit, know to book their chairs at the time of booking their rental. We know now, but that would be a great asset for families in the future. Loved our stay overall!! Thank you.

We enjoyed our first visit to the area. Our favorite part was the convenience of the walking trail to the main road from the rear porch.
