Seacrest guests are able to use the Seacrest Deeded (Private) Beach Access at the entrance of the neighborhood, across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community. Seacrest residents and guests may walk through the pedestrian boardwalk, or ride the tram through the easement.
– Beach Service: The Seacrest Beach Homeowners’s Association is proud to have La Dolce Vita act as our ambassadors down at the beach. You can reserve beach chairs or setup a beach bonfire by visiting their on-line reservation portal.
– Pool Access: Bike, walk or take the Tram to the Seacrest Community pool, the largest resort style pool on 30A!
– Beach Chairs: Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for use, located in home's outdoor beach container. (Note: Availability & condition not guaranteed).
– Tram Service: From March through October, the Seacrest Tram service offers transportation to and from the designated tram stops in the neighborhood to the beach or the Lagoon. Simply walk out your front door go to the nearest tram stop and then call for pickup. The tram will arrive within fifteen minutes. The tram starts running every day at 9:00 AM and the last pickup from the beach is 5:30 PM seven days a week.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

We stayed for a week due to a wedding in Rosemary Beach. Great location. Shuttles for the property were great, very friendly drivers. Especially helpful when going to/from the beach or pool. Shops and places to eat were close. Nice walking area, but also nice to get in the car and explore other places (Destin, Miramar, Grayton Beach). The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults (3 couples). The large tables, porch seating, and sectional were great for gathering. But also enough room in the house to spread out for quiet times. Hiking trail out the back door is a great short cut to/from the shops and just beautiful to sit and look at through the many windows. I'd recommend this place to family and friends.

The house was just as advertised. It was very roomy and lots of sleeping areas. The house itself was great. We loved the area. The two things that we were disappointed in and a problem was:1 the bikes were not there when we got there. They had advertised that four bikes would be there and they were not and after lots of communication, we went ahead and rented bikes because we didn’t know when they were going to get them there. They didn’t show up until the night before we left. 2 the other thing that we were frustrated with even though it’s not anyone’s fault, is they were building a deck next door and the workers sometimes began at 7 o’clock with a electric saw to cut boards. Because the houses are so close, the sawing took place right under our windows where we were sleeping so we didn’t get to sleep as late as we would’ve liked.

Overall, the house looked exactly as it did in the listing. It was in an amazing location and beautiful. The few issues we had were with the smaller details: batteries dead in remotes, broken window in master, none of the shampoo/conditioner bottles were filled. The biggest frustration we had was regarding lack of communication from the rental company. Our stay crossed over two weeks and during the second week, we were told our wristbands were expired for that week. When trying to figure out how to get the next weeks wristbands, we were just told to pick them up the same place you picked up the original bands. This was confusing since our original wristbands were already in our house. I called the number we were told to call and they never returned our calls. We also had an issue with the stove and had to unplug it due to safety concerns. When calling the property manager to discuss, they never called back. We have been coming to this area for years and were dissatisfied with those few things.
