About this house rental
Charming Cape house duplex located just minutes from beaches, shopping, Cape rail trail for biking or walking and the quintessential village of Dennis Port where you can peruse the antique shops and quaint cafes. This home has been renovated with the true feel of a Cape cottage. This home is a duplex - however it is being rented as a whole house. **You will need to provide linens and towels**. Linens can be provided for a $105 linen fee, but must be requested before your stay. TV is UTube live. Two kitchens, tiled baths, wood floors, beamed ceilings make this a most inviting home.Three of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and one has twin bunkbeds. You can vacation with family and be together yet have your own privacy. You can walk or short drive (1 minute)to Clancy's Restaurant and have a fabulous seafood meal or specialty cocktails overlooking Swan Pond. You can take a stroll to Swan Pond through the adjoining neighborhood for canoeing or kayaking. There is a charcoal barbeque for grilling and enjoy the outside shower after a relaxing day at one of Dennis Port's beautiful beaches. One dog is considered and the rate is $100 fee per week and $50 for shorter stays. You can also rent half the house - has two separate entrances for a lower rate - inquire about pricing.(Rented as whole house for July/August).

I stayed here with friends for a bachelorette party and we had a wonderful time. The host, Suzanne was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely book this again in the future for a trip to the cape.

Enjoyed a long weekend at this property. Central location to Dennis, Harwich and Chatham. The home was clean and neat. Check-in and out was easy. Enjoyed the use of the grill and gas fire pit. Having the 2 separate units was nice for our extended family. We would stay here again! Thank you!

Walkable to Dennis beaches if you don’t mind a short hike along a busy road, or a short Uber ride.
