Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo is a nice spot to stay. Family has a condo in the same location, which is why we stayed. A few things need replacing or refreshed, but overall very nice location and condo for our stay. Plenty of amenities provided and new appliances were nice.

Comfortable space. Walkable to shops and the beach. Clean and nice surroundings. Pool just a few steps away.

This house is tired and in need of better upkeep. The main floor flooring appears to have flooded and hasn’t been repaired - do not walk in socks. The screen door was almost inoperable, heavy and stuck in its track, and the outside screen broken. I’ve stayed in many units over the years in Ocean Breeze, and this was the most disappointing of all.
