This beautiful Two Story 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom home located in the much requested Gated Community of West Haven, is just right for your family's next vacation. In West Haven, you are out of the hustle & bustle of the traffic but close enough to the attractions, Disney & Universal, to not have to spend hours driving!
Your vacation home has many special touches to make you feel right at home. A Tiled Foyer and Main Area downstairs, brings all the luxury together as you enter the home.
Formal Dining for 8 and a Sitting Area for reading or relaxing greet you upon arrival. The Grand Columns are a special touch.
The Downstairs provides you with a spacious Gourmet Kitchen w/Stainless Steel Appliances and and Eat In Dinette for coffee breaks. There is a Breakfast Bar for 3. Also boasting a view of the Pool Area from the Eat In Dinette for 4, you will love this Kitchen with Granite Counter Tops, Kitchen Island, Dinnerware, Flatware and Cookware to make meals at home at your leisure.
The main Living Area features comfortable Leather Furniture, a Large Flat Screen TV w/Cable & DVD Player. A view to and access to the inviting Pool & Spa area are available from the Living Area.

Sometimes difficult to reach maintenance. Eventually issues were resolved.

The home is very nice and clean in a gated community with plenty of towels and no issues with any items working (tvs, fridge, wifi, hot water, washer/dryer etc). I stay in FL homes a few times a year and this is one of the better-kept homes. However, be prepared to bring or buy everything. This house is very low on the basic ammenities (no paper towels, hardly any toilet paper, no soap, no coffee filters, no salt and pepper, no pool tools, no basics at all). Usually, houses have things they accumulate over time and this house had nothing. This home is a little further south compared to Disney so be prepared for a longer drive and lots of traffic due to construction. Hopefully, that gets cleared up soon but it looked like a LONG term traffic construction problem.
