Executive Family 5 Bed Home / Gated Community nr Champions Gate

This property was very good for our visit. It was private and quiet. The management representative, Christine, was very responsive, pleasant and helpful

House was in a perfect location for our family, was clean and provided us with any amenity you could think of. Kitchen was fully stocked (starter kits provided for dishwasher, etc), bathrooms were equipped with toiletry starter kits, pool area was very well taken care of with plenty of seating and lounge chairs, bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Our family enjoyed the pool and kids had a blast in the gaming area on one rainy day. The location of the home is a little further away from theme parks than places we have stayed in before. It's just minutes away from Championsgate that had shopping areas, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. There was a lot of construction around the I-4 and Championsgate interchange, so traffic did get jammed up but that's everywhere in Orlando. All in all, this house was spectacular and we are already looking to book again within the next year.

As a whole a Wonderful place several things to note that lower my rating a little. 1) We are older, 65 plus, and the fact that the bedrooms are located on the second floor is work. 17 steps per trip. 2) Beds are mediocre compared to what we are use to at home. 3) if you have more than three cars, which most people in this size of house would probably have. there is now where to park on site. Pool area was a big hit, really nice! Christine and Ivan are great property managers!

The house is lovely, and was clean when we arrived. A grocery store is close by. The kitchen is very well appointed and we cooked our breakfasts at the house every day. The towel/washcloth situation was a little challenging as there were barely enough wash clothes per person. It would be good if this house had at least 30 washcloths. The other downside was lack of communication that we would need to restock/supply trash bags, dishwasher tabs, paper towel, and even TP. Just one roll per bathroom. It’s fine if this is the policy, but it would’ve been nice to know what to expect in this area. Would I rent this house again? Yes, I would!
