About this apartment rental
*** Two Free Beach Chairs are provided (Seasonally March 15 thru October 31). This includes 2 chaise loungers and 1 umbrella setup each day of your stay by the beach service company.
As soon as you walk in the door of #1505, you will notice the open floor plan. The kitchen is beautifully decorated with new lighting, wood cabinets, granite counters tops, and all the appliances you would expect in your own home including a new full size washer and dryer. The dining area will seat six comfortably and more at the counter.
The living area has an amazing view of the beach and opens to the balcony so you can smell the warm beach air and listen to the sounds of the water. Sport-watchers or movie-goers can sit back and take-in the scenes on the HD, 60-inch, flat screen, wall-mounted TV with surround-sound. If you must tend to business/work (though highly discouraged), connect to the wireless, high-speed internet, and use the living area’s desk equipped with a USB/laptop charging station and desktop lamp.
The master suite is accommodated with a king size bed, top of the line mattress, and comfortable linens. There is a ceiling fan and a 47-inch, wall mounted TV with DVD player for additional comfort. Each bedside stand is equipped with a USB charging station for cell phones and laptops. This master suite also has a large sliding glass window for viewing the Gulf of Mexico and sliding door which opens to the balcony. The private master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and luxurious bath linens.
The guest room is accommodated with two queen size beds, top of the line mattresses, luxurious linens, bed side table with USB charging station for cell phones and laptops, and a 32-inch, flat screen, wall-mounted TV with DVD player. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and linens as well.
The balcony is among the largest in the area and is completely private. From here you can sit and relax, listen to the waves crashing, watch dolphins jumping, see birds flying, boaters sailing, and much more. You can also enjoy morning sunrises while sipping a cup of coffee, play some family board games during the day then sit back and enjoy the sunset over the beach.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

This condo was absolutely perfect. It was in a great location. Very convenient to everything. The condo was very clean and well kept. The views from this condo was amazing. My absolute favorite was the HUGE balcony. We definitely will stay here again and have already told all of our friends about it. While we were there they had a washer delivered and the delivery guys were in and out in no time. The property manager also gave us a courtesy call to let us know that they would be delivering the washer.
As we were leaving the condo we ran into the lady that cleans the condo and she was very sweet. Overall A+ on this condo and we can’t wait to book it again! Thank you so much for your hospitality and my family enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Reef. This was our 3rd year renting there and this year we stayed at unit #1505. It was clean and comfortably furnished. We had a problem with the internet in the beginning but the owner and Ocean Reef staff solved the issue immediately. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful! It’s why Ocean Reef is our favorite place to stay! We will definitely rent #1505 again! My only suggestion may be to get a dresser in the 2 nd bedroom, when you are there for an extended visit it would be nice to have a little more drawer space.

This was our second stay at Ocean Reef and we we very pleased both times. This unit fit our needs very well as we spent a little over two months in this condo. As noted in the title, the unit was very well appointed with all the cooking items you could ever need. Because of the weather in January, we fixed most of our meals in the condo and every pot, pan, dish or utensil was there. We enjoyed the balcony a lot as even when the temps were chilly in Jan-Feb, the sun was on the deck and it was very pleasant to sun bath or eat there.The TV's were a little finicky to operate but we solved that by adding Roku's and then all was well. We had only a couple of maintenance problems and Riley solved them very quickly. The beach setups were very nice in March. Overall the condo was superb for our needs. But I will mention that the master Bedroom bed was very high and difficult to get in. My wife is about medium height and even with a small stool found it difficult to climb into bed. She gave up and moved to the other bed room. Because of all my medical equipment, I stayed using this bed, but found it not comfortable as it was hard in some places and too soft in others. I also rolled off of it twice in the night, but I was not damaged.Overall, I would grade this a 4.0 out of 5.0. But I think the owner might consider replacing the master bed.

This is a condo in a great location, with a beautiful beach view that needs a little TLC. It was clean but could dearly use a coat of paint. The walls and baseboards are very scuffed. The dryer didn’t heat to dry cloths and the manager didn’t seem too worried about it. Waited around one day for some insurance people the manager had coming into the condo. I don’t pay those prices for these kind of things.
