About this apartment rental
Welcome to our beautifully appointed, beach-front, luxury, 19th-floor penthouse condo! As a penthouse, it features 10-foot ceilings and 8 ft. interior doors. A spacious, oversized, balcony overlooks the luscious sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico with endless views of the coastline. This property also has a reserved parking space! No wasted time driving around looking for an available spot to park your car.
It gets better! Our condo includes free beach chairs setup for you each day of your stay from March 1st to October 31st. This includes two chaise loungers for relaxing on the beach and one umbrella to provide some shade!
The kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. In addition to the normal kitchen appliances, you will find a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, cooking utensils, pots, pans, china, and much more. In the dining area, you will find a lovely table that will seat four comfortably. You will also find barstools at the counter for even more seating.
The living room has been beautifully furnished with a sleeper sofa, side chairs, tables, lamps, ceiling fan, and large flat-screen TV, and a DVD for entertainment.
From the living area, the sliding door opens to an oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Patio furnishing is provided for dining or relaxing. This is a great place to watch sunsets or sunrises. Also, a fabulous place for gathering and playing board games with the family! If you are not lounging on the beach then you'll want to be on this balcony!
The master suite is accommodated with a king-size bed, comfortable bed linens, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding door opens to the balcony where you can view the beach or listen to the subtle sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. The master bathroom features a beautiful upgraded walk-in shower and a large double vanity countertop.
The second bedroom is accommodated with two full-size beds, comfortable linens, and flat-screen television.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

The room was exactly as photographed. The view. The water. The beds. Everything was fantastic. The toilets feel super low but I think that’s common in most condos I’ve stayed at. One morning we were up at 7 am due to a fire alarm. We evacuated 19 floors in the heatwave to be told it was kids playing a prank. Parking is tight but definitely doable if you have a fan or suv. We accidentally left chicken nuggets in the fridge and some unopened freezer treats for the staff with a tip for their hard work. We were able to see wild manatee in the water in front of our room. Sting Ray, sharks and dolphins all made appearances daily. The beach access was simple and even my mother with her cane was able to get to our reserved beach chairs and umbrella daily. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub as it was always packed.
Only downfall was the elevator situation. One elevator was completely shut down. One elevator was being ran by an attendant who was skipping floors over and over. We were waiting sometimes up to 20 minutes for an elevator just to take groceries up.
Overall I’d stay again. I got my damage deposit back and had no contact at all
With the owners or rental agency as there was no need. Easy emailed check in and check out instructions.

We loved this rental. Gorgeous views from the balcony, super well equipped kitchen, plenty of dishes and silverware, a beach wagon, step stool, a few beach items, and plenty of hangers in the closets. The beds were very soft - too soft for me. But that is a personal preference. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

The condo was very beautiful,clean,well equipped and in a great location pretty much close to everything you could need or want. The management and owner owners of the property couldn't have been better they were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had they kept us informed as to our check in procedure which was very easy overall choosing to stay here was the best decision we made and most certainly we will stay again.

When we arrived the parking was easy to find as well as easy check-in. Perfect location and right on the beach... with beautiful view. Enough Patio furniture for our family to sit down and eat as well as relax and listen/see the ocean.
When we arrived A/C was not working(Which it happens and not the owners fault) when I called to report it they seemed like I bothered them and didn't want to have to deal with it. All of the stainless steel Pots/Pans had food caked/burned on the bottom of them so my husband had to go to the store to get a scrubber to clean them as they only provided a wash cloth. Majority of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty as well.
Overall we had a great time outside of the condo and enjoyed the beach, local community, and condo amenities.
