Our deluxe brand new apartment offers a luxurious stay for your visit to Nafplion. The apartment is located at a very central location, right on Nafplio's promenade and on the outskirts of the historic center (couple of minutes walk).

The space
The apartment is very spacious and in pristine condition. It is comprised of 2 large double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a modern kitchen with island.
There are balconies on north and south faces of the apartment. The balcony in front offers a panoramic view of Nafplio's port, when the one behind a view of the block's beautiful garden.
The apartment offers modern hotel-grade furniture, linen and facilities (such as washer, fully equipped kitchen, etc.).
Complimentary amenities such as coffee, water, Netflix and personal care products can be found in the apartment.

The neighborhood
Nafplio, 12km southeast of Argos on the Argolic Gulf, is one of Greece’s prettiest and most romantic towns. It occupies a knockout location, on a small port beneath the towering Palamidi fortress, and is graced with attractive narrow streets, elegant Venetian houses, neoclassical mansions and interesting museums. It’s also chock-full of quayside cafes and posh boutiques.
Nafplio was the first capital of Greece after Independence (between 1833 and 1834) and has been a major port since the Bronze Age. So strategic was its position that it had three fortresses: the massive principal fortress of Palamidi, the smaller Akronafplia, and the diminutive Bourtzi on an islet west of the old town.
The town is an ideal base from which to explore many nearby ancient sites.
Getting around
The drive from Athens is about 2 hours.

We had a great stay in this property. Location was great, just on the edge of the old town. Property was spotless and Christy’s was immediately on hand when we had any queries. Would highly recommend this property.

We had an awesome stay! Apartment is spacious enough for two couples with comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Location is perfectly located near parking, coffee shops and restaurants. Check-in was simple and host Christos was very responsive. Highly recommended for any stay in Nafplio.

Christos leaves guests in privacy, but his response to any queries is immediate and superb. Email replies to guests arrive sometimes within minutes and are immensely helpful and welcoming.
The apartment is spotlessly clean; the views from balconies are wonderful; and the beds are the most comfortable we have had in a holiday let. Soundproofing and air conditioning are outstanding and the kitchen is a Tardis! You will have a very satisfying holiday. The apartment is right in the middle of Nafplion, with the Old Town just a few minutes away on foot. The evening ambience is magical.
Nafplion is a victim of its own glorious climate. The problem is that mains water has to be supplemented from the sea, and the sewage system is creaking. You can’t drink the tap water, or dispose of lavatory paper in the way you might wish. Potential guests should be aware of these facts before committing to book.
None of that, other than the prior information about it, is down to Christos, of course, but the point about info is germane to the guests’ experience. There are no travel books, maps, guides or leaflets. Many rental properties provide or allow these to accumulate from successive guests. Christos provides a booklet of the most basic information. Any further details are from links to websites via QR codes, We found no instructions for the use of appliances.
There are many wonderful things about this apartment, and about Nafplion, so I hope Christos can address the points about information.

The host delivered on what was promised. Communication was quick and easy. A book with instructions was clear and simple. Good location with plenty of parking. Short walk to everything.
