With no neighbors above or below you, an attached one-car garage and easy access to skiing, downtown, and community amenities, it is a great home base for enjoying everything Breckenridge has to offer.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Both bedrooms are located upstairs and have their own private bathrooms:

* Primary Bedroom: King bed, private bathroom, private balcony, TV, and DVD player
* Second Bedroom: Queen bed plus a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and twin mattress on top, private bathroom, TV, and DVD player

Relax & Unwind:

After a day of activities and exploring, cozy up in front of the living room fireplace and share the day's adventures, settle in with a good book, or enjoy a movie on the 65" Smart TV. We also have a selection of DVDs and board games for your enjoyment.

Just outside the back door and few minutes down the walking path, you will find the heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain or just winding down.

Kitchen & Dining:

The spacious kitchen and dining area are stocked with kitchenware for cooking and baking during your stay. We also provide basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper and a selection of spices.

Great Location for Every Season:

One of our favorite features is the convenient access to three nearby ski lifts: Snowflake Lift, Beaver Run (Peak 9) and Quicksilver. Directions and helpful information are provided in our Guest Manual.

Visiting for the summer? Walk up to Snowflake Lift for access to some of Breckenridge's beautiful hiking trails, or rent mountain bikes and spend the day exploring the area.

We are also just a short walk from downtown Main Street, where you will find a wonderful selection of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
