This condominium is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is at The Summit on Thomas Drive. You will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, amusement parks, golf courses, and more. Grills are provided on site if you enjoy cooking out. There is also a TIKI bar in the pool area which is close to the beach so you can get a cool drink any time without leaving the property.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large flat screen tv. It has private access to the master bathroom.
The hallway has 2 twin size bunk beds.
The oceanfront living room has a QUEEN size sleeper sofa, a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony.

It was nicely located on the 3rd floor so we did not use elevators. The room had everything we needed and a nice view of the pool. We would stay in 316 again.

The Summit..-Pool closes at 8 for no reason.-1 elevator has been down for a while causing the wait to be 20 minutes or longer on the other elevator. -they let people put towels out to save chairs at the pool in the morning causing people that are actually there to sit to not have chairs. -beach gate code changes several times within the week without telling us so kids were locked out. -water was turned off at 9am in the middle of the week for maintenance. The Unit 316.. the floors were so dirty that our feet were black, the unit was filled with gnats, all of the appliances are loud and outdated, the dryer hung up several pieces of clothes and tore them during different drying cycles, the microwave is broken and rusted on the inside. We were able to work around these things during our visit but we're very disappointed for the price we paid. We've stayed at The Summit before but we're very unhappy about the whole property this year and won't stay there again. We were told that the pool and elevator problems have been going on for months and feel that we should have been told up front ! I had a very rough round of chemo 4 years ago that leaves me very worn out when I climb stairs. Thankfully, we were on the 3rd floor because we had to use the stairs almost every time.
