Located on the 2nd floor, this beautiful, beachfront condo has a balcony facing the white sand beaches and Gulf. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, with a king bed in the bedroom, a pair of bunk beds recessed in an alcove in the hallway, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

- All common areas and amenities like the pool, fitness center, beach access, etc. are managed by Summit Beach Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.

Host was very attentive to our needs. All though Im not a fan of carpet in a rental the carpet was clean. We had everything we needed for a great week. Being a 2nd floor rental was great if elevators were busy just a few steps to pool area.

Nice unit. Clean sheets and towels. Nothing overly amazing. The Summit is dated and it shows. Some units have probably remodeled over the years. In general, i like the layout and easy access.
