The Summit condominiums. Amazing beach front condo with a balcony to enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and the outdoor pools! Newly renovated. Our condo is located on the fifth floor . Amenities include a spa with a sauna and a hot tub, gym, arcade room, outdoor pools with a tiki bar, basketball court, outdoor grill area, and private beach access. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your own balcony or enjoy the live music by the pool on the weekends! There is a one time $27.00 fee for Parking and wrist bands to allow access to all building amenities.

Honestly, the unit could use some updating. We know that it is tough with the housing and condo market in Florida but the unit does need a little work. It wasn’t the owners fault but there was constant construction being done six days a week and the pool was only open from noon to 1:00 and then from 5:00pm until 11:00 pm. The treadmills and elliptical machines were not available because the room was damaged. All of the balconies were being worked on and most were not accessible from the units. The host was very responsive and did what they could to make our stay enjoyable. This building is very close to all of the good restaurants and attractions. A lot of the places are within walking distance. We will return once the construction is completed.

Hardly any water pressure in kitchen, toilets wouldn't flush, shower knob isn't properly working (if not carefully adjusted you'll be scolded by hot water) master bed broke our 2nd to last night. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher up on arrival. Elevators were slow and broke down half the time.
