About this cottage rental
Close to Bike Trails. New Sunroom Addition! Beautiful, Peaceful mornings with the birds and bunnies! NO SMOKING cottage, with 2 spacious bedroom house with a large fenced and private backyard. Newly added Central Air conditioning. 1/2 mile easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop, local restaurants, and ice cream, all within an easy walk. Outdoor shower, patio, and driveway. Comfy, cozy and well located. Freshly updated bathroom and kitchen. This is a family friendly neighborhood without heavy traffic. 10 minutes from the Dennis exit 78A, near the Stop and Shop plaza. Bike trails and kayaking with an easy drive. Plenty of privacy and elbow room. All varieties of beaches available. National Seashore is a short drive. Fully fenced in yard. This is a non-smoking cottage. No more than 2 dogs. I DO NOT RENT THROUGH CRAIGS LIST. THAT IS A SCAM. If you rent through Craig's list, you will have been scammed. My neighbor at 22 Smalls Ave also rents. Plan a family or friend week.
Dogs: Friendly dogs only. My insurance will not allow me to have aggressive dogs: No Dobermans, German Shepards, Rottweilers, or Pitbulls, or any other dog that has an aggressive history.

This home is simple, warm and cozy—just right for an early spring, 70th birthday celebration! There was easy access to a beach close by, and close distance to Hyannis and all the spots we love to frequent on Cape Cod. The owner was accessible, easy to communicate with and very friendly. This will now be our “go to” place to stay on the Cape, and we look forward to returning!!!
