We spent 11 nights at the condo. It’s location is perfect…just a short walk to Main Street, Frisco and all that goes on there. It was a bit warmer than we expected, so we had the windows open several evenings but the neighborhood is as quiet as advertised. We had my son’s family visit for a couple nights, including our 2 grandchildren, and had ample room for the 6 of us. If we return to Frisco, we are likely to return.

Our family stayed at this condo over Christmas. The location was perfect- very easy walking distance to Main Street and the bus to get to Copper Mountain. The condo was clean and well organized. Neal was great to work with and very responsive to questions. The condo had so much space for our family of 4 over Christmas! We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

The unit is well located, walking distance to Main Street and beautiful trails. The unit is also well equipped and very accurate with pictures and description. We had an amazing week and Neal is very responsive. We will stay here again.

This place was cozy and comfortable. Neal was very accessible for information and very flexible and helpful. It was so nice that everyone had their own bed space, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked to be able to make some meals. They were just a couple minor repairs needed but it did not affect our stay. It was very easy access to the downtown area and all the things we wanted to do.. Thank you so much for being part of a very memorable adventure with 2 of our grandkids.

This was a great place located within easy walking distance to downtown Frisco, biking and hiking trails. It was in a quiet area surrounded by pine trees. Neal, the owner, was wonderful to work with. We had an issue with the door lock and he responded quickly so it wasn't a problem.

Quiet part of town but a quick walk to the Main Street. Great hikes just a few blocks walk. Easy drive to Breckenridge and other nearby towns. Can’t beat this rental!

Great place at a reasonable price

Stayed 8 nights at Neal’s place in July 2019. It was a great location, very nice unit, and overall perfect place for my family of 3. Close to Main St, I-70, and really easy access to several hiking trails with trailheads just a few blocks down the street. Had everything we needed as far as the basics for sure, though not quite as “fully stocked” as some other VRBO places we have stayed as far as kitchen supplies. However, thumbs way up for the awesome bath sheet sized towels! From the front door, a central hallway separates the unit with a bedroom and bathroom on each side. A pocket door allows for each side to be closed off to the hall, which I thought was a nice detail. I’m always a bit skeptical when there are no bathroom pictures on a listing, but both were nice, though a bit tight. One has a full tub and the other has a stand up shower and the apartment-sized stacking washer and dryer within it. Also, the unit has great WiFi and cable. A couple nights in, a large family/group began staying at the unit below and it was definitely noisy, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Also, while we did not use it, we did note that the loft area was somewhat unrealistic as a functional space. So, if you have more than 4 people in your party, might want to consider that or ask more questions first. I didn’t have much need to communicate with Neal, but he was very responsive and helpful when I did. I appreciated having access to his cell number in case there were any issues during our stay. There was some limited info in the unit about Frisco and things to do, but we would have appreciated a bit more. Only other comment - and this is out of Neal’s control I am sure - but the condo complex did not appear to participate in a recycling program. Overall, Neal’s place is a great little unit with everything you will need for a relaxing stay in Frisco and around Summit County. Would recommend!

The location of this condo can’t be beat as we were able to walk into town for dinner one evening! With a cozy fireplace and great views, it came stocked with everything needed to make our stay more than comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. I definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again should I visit the area in the near future.
