We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean and laid out well. The location is close to the end of Fort Morgan, so the beach isn’t too crowded. There are a few things guests should know:- These items are not provided: starter supply of shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and hand soap in the kitchen. You’ll have to bring your own. That was disappointing, as these items are expected in vacation properties. - a very large house is being built between the condo and the beach. It blocks a lot of the ocean view and is very noisy during the days- even Saturdays and Sundays.- Both a regular and Keurig coffee maker are provided. There were a few filters but no other coffee items that we saw. - the property management company did not respond to our inquiry about the property after booking. They did check on us via text after our arrival.We would still highly recommend this condo, we just wish we’d been aware of the above prior to our stay.

Property is exactly want we wanted. Short walk to beach and close and low key options to food and site seeing. Wonderful to have management check on us periodically during our stay and knowing they were just a txt or call away if there were any issues.

The condo was very clean, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were old. Check in is not until 4 and construction crews took most of the spots until 5. They also begin work very early so be aware. I was looking for a quick get away and went ahead with the rental even though the fees more than doubled my cost. Check your fees and
Total before you sign the contract. We have had better luck before in Ft Morgan we just might choose a different company.
