Conforme à la description. Une grande terrasse appréciée malgré des voisins bruyants en extérieur.
A 150m de la plage par la pinède et accès direct au supermarché par un portillon. Le centre ville Calvi est un peu éloigné à pied.
Une place de parking réservée dans la résidence et aucune difficulté pour se garer en entrée de ville en parkings payants.
Satisfait du séjour.
