To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

The whole process of booking and accessing the property was easy. The unit was spacious and well equipped. We loved all the beach accessories. Great location too!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my fourth time I’ve stayed in this condominium Hale Kamaole. I’ve stayed in four different condos in this complex. It was nice to have sleep accommodations for 6 people. They aren’t easy to find. Overall we love the location. We found the condo could use some maintenance. Main floor air conditioner was not working but maintenance did replace it after we notified them.
Upstairs toilet needs maintenance. Water was always running. Stairs to the loft area has a soft spot on it like the stairs are worn underneath the carpet. I would recommend staying at Hale Kamole. Broken cooler for day trips. Just would be good if owners would update some of these recommendations.
