Beautiful ocean views in this 2 bedroom plus loft Maui vacation rental. Enjoy sunset dinners and catch glimpses of whales from your own lanai. This unit is ideally located in the complex with the lanai being over the quiet grassy area. Upstairs bedroom and loft both have a queen bed each, downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds, and living room has a queen sleeper sofa making this unit one of few condos in the area for large groups looking to share space and costs. This unit has had a recent refresh with new carpet and baseboards, new dishwasher, fresh paint, bathroom upgrades, restock of kitchen goods, new lights, new end tables, a deep clean, and many other details to make your stay a comfortable one. Tropical rattan furniture in living room, with comfortable carpet for games and movies with the kids. Flat screen TV in living room, TV also in master bedroom. Ready with everything you need for a wonderful Maui vacation. Located across the street from a beautiful beach with frequent turtle sightings, perfect for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Within walking distance of stores and restaurants.

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay here. The lanai closet was really convenient as it had a few chairs, beach umbrella, pool noodles, footballs to play with at the beach, beach toys, tennis rackets and so much more! It helped save us money from having to rent these things out. The place was clean and did not have any funky smell. It had condiments and spices that were useful when we forgot some stuff. Plenty of cookware, kitchen utensils, and dinning ware. The extra bed upstairs did get hot but there was plenty of fans to help. The entire building this place was on had a water closure due to maintenance for three of the days we were there during the day time hours but we made it so we were out and about for the time that it was set to go out so we didn’t really mind it. There was a lot of construction/maintenance being done while we were there on the other buildings and it was hard to find parking during the day but in the evening there was no problems. The pool was clean and had a great view of the sunset each evening. I love the proximity to the beach where we walked to without having to take our car. Overall a great stay and great price. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

We had a great overall stay except for the HEAT in the unit. The 2 room air conditioner units in the 2 bedrooms were adequate for those rooms, but the living roon, kitchen and loft were extremely uncomfortable. We even bought 2 small coolers that didn't do much unless you were sitting directly in front of them. This may be a great unit in winter months, but I can't recommend it for a summer stay.
