About this apartment rental
Imagine staying a one-minute walk from Kamaole II Beach in Kihei, with several lifeguards on duty 365 days a year. That's an uncrowded sandy beach conducive to sunning, snorkeling, swimming, and sunset watching. In winter you can even spot whales cavorting not far offshore.
Our condo hotel unit at the famous Maui Banyan in Kihei has numerous family-friendly features:
Master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with two full (double) beds
Queen pull-out sofa in living room
Two full bathrooms, one with bathtub, one with shower stall
Spacious, shady patio with partial ocean view
Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, beach umbrella provided

Maui Banyan is a short walk from the Kihei boat ramp, multi-million-dollar mansions in Wailea and a beachfront walking path that extends several miles in each direction.
There is a $10/night per person extra charge for more than 6 guests; three-generation families tell us the condo worked very well for them.

Perfect location, everything that is needed is there although beach chairs and umbrella has seen better days and instead of the 6 beach towels there was only 4.We stayed over Christmas and would have thought there might be a small Christmas tree in a closet but there wasn’t.Could use some updates, I wouldn’t have been surprised to see Mrs. Roper walk out of the room.In general we would definitely stay again but only for the location.

We had a great time. The unit is in a perfect location, and the owner was easy to work wi and had great communication, The Unit was dated but clean.

Our family and friends had an amazing time. The place may be a little dated but it did not matter to us. The location is prime, the grounds were beautiful and very peaceful. Communication with the owner was great. It was the perfect place for us and we would definitely stay again.

This condo is close to the beach. Great location. The inside is dated. The fridge was very loud and the sliding doors were jamming. No credit was offered.
