About this apartment rental
This two bedroom corner unit with loft has an Ocean View from the living room & kitchen. Additional side window provides extra light. There is a King bed located in the master bedroom, the loft is enclosed with a queen bed, and the downstairs bedroom provides 2 twins beds. Comfy couch and sitting chairs in the living room. Kitchen has been remodeled. Lower bathroom shower enclosure. New walk in shower in the up stairs master bath redone in 2014. Well equipped condo. Very comfortable, best view, Maui Condo Vacation Rental.

Property location is great - across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III. Unit 245 has nice ocean views but is one of the farthest properties from the beach. Fortunately there is free parking at the beach so we drove down. Condo is well stocked with beach supplies and kitchen supplies. We also loved that it’s actually a 3 bedroom unit as the loft is enclosed and has a queen bed! DVD player did not work (which we discovered after bringing home a movie from Redbox), TV’s were very small. Wifi was so slow it was worthless and we ended up using up all of our cellular data during the week. Also the only AC unit downstairs is in the bedroom...so you have to choose a private comfortable bedroom with a hot kitchen and living area OR zero privacy and a freezing bedroom temperature in order to cool the rest of the house. Despite the downsides, Maui is a great place to vacation and this was an affordable property.
