The 'Belvedere' apartment is located a few meters from the central and famous Piazza di Mondello. It is located on the third floor of a completely renovated building and is equipped with all comforts to ensure a peaceful and quiet stay in the charming seaside resort of Mondello. It has a capacity of 2 beds and is equipped with bed linen and towels. The apartment has a double bedroom, living room with fully equipped kitchenette. Dining table, complete set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, dishes, refrigerator, plus bathroom with shower. Possibility of additional single bed. In addition, the apartment has a large panoramic terrace of 30 square meters overlooking the Gulf of Mondello, furnished during the summer with sofas and deck chairs. Other equipment: digital TV, WI-FI, air conditioning, free cot on request.

The property is quite basic but has most things that are needed to cook etc and the owner is very obliging and immediately supplied what we requested. It is kept very clean and towels and bedding etc are changed much more frequently than any other place we have stayed of this kind. The area is absolutely superb. A vast expanse of beautiful beach surrounded by mountains. Gorgeous to swim in. In easy reach of Palermo for other attractions.

The flat is in a very good location in the centre of Mondello. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to the lighthouse at capo vello nature reserve every morning as it was incredibly hot while we were there. We swam off the rocks and snorkelled there too. ( we're not beach people,,). It was also easy to be able to get to Palermo by bus and by car to Erice and Corleone..These places were cooler being in the hills. There is no living room and if the weather was not suitable for the terrace you would have to lie on the bed to read.Thank goodness for the Aircon! small supermarket very close had everything we needed for self catering. Dario shared useful.info with us re shops/ restaurants etc.

Two blocks to the beach and such easy access to catch a bus into Palermo. It was great. Large outdoor space.
