Perfect location in Modello, close to the beachfront, a variety of dining options and food stores. Public transport to Palermo center departs every 10 min. The bus stop literally one step away from the door. Very peaceful area, and the apartment has all that one can desire.
I travelled in November, thus the weather was rather cloudy, at times raining. Yet this will be easily fixed, once the spring and summer come! Plus, Palermo offers plenty of cultural activities in any weather.

I had a wonderful stay at Mondello Sea House. Federico was extremely attentive and kind – he even offered transport to and from the airport, which made everything so much easier. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the beautiful surroundings of Mondello. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo and would love to return myself!
The only small downside was that the swimming pool season had already ended in mid-September, but that’s quite normal in Italy.
