La disponibilité du propriétaire, l'emplacement, le caractère spacieux, la mise à disposition d'eau et de café, la possibilité d'emprunter un parasol.
La propreté du frigo, la quantité de moustiques dans la chambre (j'en ai tué 5...), l'absence totale d'insonorisation : quand les voisins parlent, on a l'impression qu'ils se trouvent dans la pièce, l'état de la douche qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement.

It’s not so bad, but the isolation could be better, because it can be a bit noisy, so you can hear other guests next to you.
