Casa das Xacias is a beautiful cottage built in 30’s and carefully restored in 2001 in Ribeira Sacra .The house is divided in 2 floors with a total of 250 m2 in size. In addition, it has a 2500 m2 field.
There are 6 double rooms which can host 15 people. One of them is adapted to be occupied by disabled people. Every room has its own characteristics and details, being all of them comfortable, friendly and bathroom integrated. It is as well possible to add extra beds for children.
Casa das Xacias also has a fireplace, TV and several table games. Besides, there are a dining room, a porch, and two more bathrooms in the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kind of appliances.
On the other hand, the field has a vegetable patch to enjoy its fruits every season, as well as a vine farm with a great diversity of grapes. They are distinguished with Ribeira Sacra denomination of origin. Finally, you have the opportunity to play popular games outside.Casa das Xacias has been appreciated for its commitment with the environment, helping for its sustainable development, and supporting the value of every natural resource.

We went in Jun2013 with a group of friends and had an amazing weekend. The house is big enough to fit our party and had an additional room where we celebrated a 50th birthday. It was a party to remember! The weather was fantastic (lucky us, in Galicia), the owner couldn't be more friendly and the surroundings spectacular. Highly recommended!

Se trata de una localización muy buena para los que quieran conocer y descubrir una parte de la ribeira sacra, rutas de senderismo, visita a las bodegas y el casco viejo de Chantada.
La casa es una delicia, con todos los detalles imaginables, vajilla de sargadelos y todo lo necesario para enceder la chimenea en el salon anexo. Las habitaciones son muy elegantes, camas con dosel, bien caldeado, decoración sencilla y elegante... un lugar muy recomendable para ir con amigos o familia.
