Beautiful setting and a lovely pool. Very kind manager and staff.

We were walking the Camino, and it is a bit of a hike off of the path.

The pool offers Camino walkers a wonderful relaxing experience after many days of walking. This was a very authentic property which had all the charm of a country stay. The rooms was comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful to us. We left something at the property and he delivered it to me in Santiago. I can not thank him enough for this.

This property is a few km off the Camino and it was a bit hard to find. There are not any food options nearby but the owners did give us the contact of an Italian restaurant and we had four ordered to the property. We were happy with our stay but it is a bit of a commitment to get off the trail to get to this accommodation.

Abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questa struttura in modo da dividere in due percorsi l'ultima tappa in prossimità di Santiago. Quello che avevamo considerato un imprevisto dettato dalla stanchezza, si è rivelato uno dei soggiorni più indimenticabili del Cammino, in quanto abbiamo scoperto che si trattava di un'antica dimora distante dai rumori della città e circondata da ettari di terreno incontaminati. Personale gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere il proprietario che ci ha guidati attraverso la storia e i servizi della struttura, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più interessante. La dimora ha mantenuto tutte le sue peculiarità nonostante il tempo, quali un magnifico colombario, un antico albero di magnolia che si staglia sulla piscina recentemente costruita nel giardino della villa, e infine la struttura stessa, custode di finissimi elementi in stile rétro. Nonostante tutto ciò, abbiamo speso una cifra irrisoria, dato che siamo arrivati in un periodo considerato ancora di bassa stagione. Consiglio ai pellegrini che vorranno soggiornarvi di procurarsi nel paese vicino la spesa prima dell'arrivo, in quanto la struttura non è molto vicina a servizi ristorativi e non ci sono supermercati nelle vicinanze.

Property satisfied our needs. The host was helpful in organising a taxi.

The whole property looked tired. Lawns not mown and studio access overgrown. Outdoor setting mouldy, crumbs around the microwave, tea and coffee nearly non-existent (one sachet of Nescafé for three guests), upstairs bed had two broken slats. Generally run down and did not impress
