About this house rental
The house is located in the town of Lores, between the Río de Pontevedra and the Ría de Arousa, overlooking the island of La Toja. It is an old stone house that has been renovated and expanded. It is a large, renovated farmhouse with all the amenities, situated in a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, in the heart of the Salnés Valley and surrounded by the vineyards of several Albariño wineries. The views of the valley and La Toja Island offer breathtaking sunsets.
Fruit trees, huge lime trees, and flowering plants surround the house, creating a beautiful setting with a stone barn converted into a bedroom for the children’s delight.
Years ago, the area was used for farming; consequently, an old porch has been converted into a summer dining area with a large table and a hearth (a fireplace and wood-burning stove, typical of Galicia), which allows for large dinner gatherings. It features a large living room with a fireplace and a pool table. The dining room with a fireplace is located in the center of the house beneath a skylight that provides spectacular light. The fully equipped guest kitchen includes a small utility room.
There are 5 double rooms, all with private bathrooms, and a children’s suite with 4 beds and its own restroom. Additionally, there is a guest room with its own restroom.
The garden, with fruit trees that guests are welcome to use at their discretion—a gesture that reflects good practices— allows us to swim in a small pool or fountain and enjoy the various nooks and crannies.
Take five steps and collect fresh water from the fountain, or take a stroll through the village or along the trails through the vineyards to the Church of the Lords. Enjoy the beauty of these rural spots, with many nearby attractions: The proximity of the highway makes it easy to reach all the region’s sights. La Toja Island, El Grove, Santiago de Compostela, Pontevedra...
The Meis Golf Course, with free public access, features 18 holes with breathtaking views, just 10 km away.
The house is 6 km from Sanxenxo, with easy access to the port, and parking is available on the port grounds.
There is also a berth at the Sanxenxo–Nauta port. (To negotiate its use)

Casa única, decorada con mucho gusto y con todas las comodidades y detalles, en un entorno rural tranquilo y con excelentes vistas, y a la vez cercano a las mejores playas, con buena comunicación a todo tipo de servicios (supermercados, restaurantes etc.). Muy recomendable para un grupo grande.

Huset är mycket charmigt men underhållet är eftersatt och det finns problem med fukt främst i sovrummen på nedre plan. De gemensamma sällskapsutrymmena är väl tilltagna och trevliga och skulle vinna på om man tog bort trasiga möbler. Köket är litet och inte särskilt välutrustat för mer avancerad matlagning Trädgården är underbar med fantastisk utsikt och välskött

La casa es muy amplia y cómoda, ideal para familia grande. La casa está muy bien equipada!!
La estadía estuvo estupenda, al tener muchos rincones y baños privados nunca da la sensación de amontonamiento. En la zona, O grove lo más bonito.

Magnifique séjour en Galice.
La maison est typique et propice à l'accueil de groupe.
L'accueil a été très chaleureux.
L'entretien de l'extérieur est exemplaire.
point perfectible : l'entretien de la maison notamment de la literie
Ouverte le jour de notre arrivée et donc très humide du fait d'un printemps pluvieux, une chambre a été inutilisable pendant le séjour.
la réactivité a été appréciable.
Région a découvrir!!!nous reviendrons avec plaisir...
