From the patio, walk across the lawn, down the stair and you’re on the beach. Out the front door you’re a one minute walk from the heated pool and the bar/restaurant where you can book all your Cabo activities while having a drink and meeting new friends.
This large (1000 sq. ft.) ground floor condo is so close to everything and yet it’s location is peaceful and quiet. You’ll fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves.
This condo is great for a romantic getaway.
The open kitchen features a breakfast bar and dining room table. The extra-large bedroom suite has it’s own patio door to access the ocean view terrace.
There are Smart TVs in both the living room and the bedroom complete with U.S. & CA TV. Watch your sports and get all the movie channels! The condo features FREE, secure, and reliable fiber-optic WiFi.
There are cards and dominos, along with a puzzle. The pool bar has a book exchange.
The condo also has a hotel safe for your convenience, and a full-size washer and dryer.
With an open floor plan and a large covered patio, everything flows to the ocean view where you can sit and watch the whales from fall to spring.
The grounds are lushly landscaped with grass and flowers making for beautiful views in every direction.
Our private swimming/snorkeling beach makes for a relaxing day WITHOUT SOLICITORS like you will encounter at Medano Beach. We provide you with beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler.
The Palapa swim-up pool bar and restaurant serves very reasonably priced food and drinks, starting with breakfast. They also serve delicious 'All You Can Eat' dinners for only about $10 USD per person 2x/week.
There is an onsite mini-market.
Misiones has a security entrance gate with 24/7 security and is a very safe community. Guests who stay at the Misiones come back again and again, as its location is one of the very best in Cabo. Located on the first point at the East end of Bahia de Cabo San Lucas (Cabo San Lucas Bay), less than two miles from downtown Cabo...close enough to enjoy all it has to offer, far enough away to avoid solicitors and crowds.
Right before you arrive at Misiones there is an upscale grocery store called Fresko with a great selection of imported and specialty foods, fresh bakery, coffee drinks, along with a great variety of wines and liquor. They even have English speaking helpers there.
Costco, Walmart and other shopping only a few minutes away, and a choice of restaurants within walking distance, including the famous "Sunset Da Mona Lisa", "Jazz on the Rocks" , "Taittenger's" Champagne and Oyster Bar, Manta at the Cape hotel, and Puerta Vieja (live entertainment), which all offer spectacular Land's End and Cabo City Lights Views.

We loved our time at Misiones Del Cabo. Lovely condo complex with helpful and friendly people. Definitely make some time to eat at Sunset Mona Lisa—one of the most memorable meals of my lifetime with the unbeatable views, excellent service, and delectable food. Plus it’s a short 5 minute walk away. The little market onsite is helpful. We were able to get eggs, tortillas, alcohol, avocados, limes, chips, sunscreen. Sead restaurant—a 1 minute walk—was also amazing. We used Cabo Eats to order in from Toro Latin Kitchen and wow! Incredibly yummy! The host has everything you need. Nicely stocked kitchen, beach set up, towels. The coffee, sugar, soap, and shampoo were nice to have. Very responsive, as well. We will definitely be back!

Awesome location, everything in condo is as pictured, responsive and helpful property manager, friendly and safe community, short distance to restaurants and downtown and a stunning view off the patio. Enjoyed a relaxing week in the warmth and sun at the beach and pool. Thank you!

We had a great 3-night 4 day stay. Lynn was great, all the way around. Great communication. Grounds were beautiful. Cantina was great to take a little break. Great customer service. Inside the condo, very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
