Short walk to community private cove beach great for swimming and some of the best snorkeling in Los Cabos. Local Fresko supermarket and Costco. Guarded community with stunning homes, great for evening walks! Great accessibility to Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. Close but not in the noise and bustle of downtown. Purified and safe drinking water through whole condo. Great TV (live US programming), Netflix, Amazon Prime, AppleTV+, Showtime, Stars, HBO Max, Disney+, Free fast internet.

I was traveling with my husband and best friend for 45 birthday. My reservation got messed up so I was not able to stay at exact condo, but owner scrambled and found me another condo just below. So I cannot tell you about condo, but I can tell you about property.
Califia Plaza is amazing and manager Marianna is the best! Condo is right next to adult pool and BBQ area. Pool is not heated, but still swimable in December. Walk through gate and down long spiral staircase to have beautiful beach access. Bring snorkel gear in early morning for a fantastic clear views of corral and fish. It gets murky in the afternoon. Beach is semi private, Maybe 10-15 people at beach each day.
The resort next door is welcoming. Get your beverages there. Happy hour from 2pm-3pm daily 2 for 1. They also have an infinity pool that seems to fall right into the ocean. Great whale watching views. Resort restaurant has Monday-Thursday themed buffet dinner and shows. Food is good.
