About this house rental
Victoria House is a wonderfully spacious modern six bedroom, four bathroom modern family holiday home with a large well maintained enclosed rear garden in the village of Bembridge, a two minute walk to the village centre and within ten minutes walk of the beaches and harbour or a minute by car.
There is parking on the drive for three cars.
With two king size, two double and two twin bedrooms, the master bedroom and one of the doubles are en-suite - the master bedroom has a large terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the gardens. There is a family bathroom, two guest wc's and a ground floor walk-in shower.
Victoria House's ground floor is great for family holidays with a large modern fully equipped kitchen - including a range cooker and double oven.
A spacious dining room leads through to the lounge. In addition there is a second reception room and a further children's den / games room - ideal for allowing the adults time to unwind and enjoy their holiday in one of Bembridge's finest holiday homes.
Equipped to a high standard throughout, Victoria House includes three smart tv's, Nespresso coffee machine, DAB radio, wii and family board games and a games table with Air Hockey, washing machine/dryer and a full size dishwasher.
Often holidaymakers need to check their emails and respond - Victoria House has a home office area with a desk and plenty of natural light (wifi is free).
While the house is a delight the gardens also set it aside from other holiday homes. Enclosed all sides the large lawn makes it an ideal outdoor playground for children and a great place for adults to relax. With a cricket set, basketball and other equipment outside games and fun for all the family are assured.

Communicating with Roger pre stay and during stay was quick and easy and they booked our ferry crossing at a discount which was great! Victoria House is a wonderful, modern, spacious and comfortable home with a large garden ( with trampoline for the kids!), dining terrace and multi-purpose games room. The house was clean and well presented and has a gated drive so quite private in a quite part of the island. The beach and beach Cafe are just a short walk away with lovely views of the harbour Our party of 9 covered three generations from 2 to 69 and we had a great time ! We had a fantastic week long family holiday at Victoria House (11 of us, 7 adults, 4 children aged 3 to 17). The house was perfect for all of us, very spacious, well equipped and extra facilities to entertain everyone (trampoline and games room). We were a family of 7 adults plus children and the house accommodated us extremely well. Lovely large garden for the kids and the trampoline was a huge asset. Lots of space inside for everyone and a separate room for kids and games. Lovely walk down to beach and great local shopping. Ideal house in great location for a group or family gatherings. Victoria House was a great place to celebrate my 40th with family and bring in the New Year. It felt very spacious yet cosy and the furnishings are very stylish. We loved the enclosed garden and the games room went down very well with the children and adults. Alix and family 4th January 2022

What an amazing family holiday house! Superbly well equipped, we just kept finding new things! Kids loved the games room and there were many a pool tournament! So much space too and the garden, just amazing, even managed to view the sunset from the balcony and the clear skies through the night. Just loved the house and will be back. Ten out of ten. Roger had been hugely helpful with our travel arrangements and we were so grateful to arrive at this most beautiful house and garden for a peaceful and relaxing week. Bembridge is a really great place to stay and while many of the usual attractions were not back to being fully open, we still found plenty to do. We were also lucky with the weather and were able to go to the beach too, which was pretty quiet so no problems with social distancing. This house was perfect for us in every way. We've just spent a few days over New Year at Victoria House. We were a party of 6 adults and 6 older teens and the house was ideal for us. Plenty of space, a games room and separate small living room, well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. Bembridge is a great location, the village has a brilliant and friendly pub (The Old Village Inn), a good Coop, pharmacy etc. It's also walking distance to the harbour, and beach. Roger is a great host, he answered all our questions really promptly. I can definitely recommend Victoria House.

Modern, clean, spacious, great for mixed generations - all facilities we needed - trampoline well used and games for evening. Shower tray for products might be helpful. Kids played in garage 😊

We were a party of 10 adults, grandparents, adult children and partners, and three pre-school grandchildren. (and two dogs) We had a wonderful holiday, the house is so spacious, the garden is enormous and the location in Bembridge meant we could walk to the beach when it was sunny and to the pub when it rained (which it did!) We hope to return soon. It was a perfect place to be for a multigenerational family. My only very small complaint was trying to work out the bin system, clearer instructions would help.

Victoria House is a lovely holiday property. It is thoughtfully planned out and the addition of the "kids toys" like trampoline etc kept our two boys entertained for the whole week. It was also very good for our two dogs with secure fences. All communication with Roger was efficient and prompt. Would definitely recommend.
