Suitable for families who are travelling to visit Baguio City. The vacation house is 12min. drive to Burnham Park and City Center (SM Baguio , Cathedral). The house has 3 bedrooms in the 2nd floor and can accommodate maximum of 10 persons. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, veranda, dining, kitchen and dirty kitchen. Hot and cold shower available on one of the bathrooms upstairs. Water tank supply is available.
The house is fully furnished. Jeep/taxi stops in front of the house. You can cook your food at the dirty kitchen. Everything is available for your convenience. Pine trees surround the house so you can enjoy fresh clean air.
Secured parking space available for 1 car/van.

The house was good, enough rooms and bathrooms for a family. Just needs a little more cleaning, It’s a beautiful house but needs more deep cleaning in the bathrooms and kitchen areas.

Hosts excelled at communications getting us checked in, oriented to property, and their availability for problem solving if needed. House size easily accommodated nine people. Second floor view patio with table/chairs was a highlight. Neighborhood is nicer than others; seemed safe. Cleanliness of inside kitchen items/storage could be improved. Parking held Toyota HiAce van. Would gladly stay here again.

The room was okay but not good enough the stuff like pillow and blanket, smell mold.
