The fact that the property was close to the huge SM Mall and was held with traffic, but it is what it is in the Philippines!! We were super happy to enjoy the absolute marvelous cool weather while staying in Baguio!!! The Burnham Park was nice a near as well as the immediate once upon a time US Military base of Camp John Hay! It was a great place to tour around and see many of its areas including the golf course which is still in use! Our entire family had a great time at the Kingdom of Stone tourist spot for the family!! The property itself was very clean and we all loved it!! A small water heater issue was immediately straightened out just fine. The breakfast was super each and every morning as posted!! There is a very convenient sary-sary store which is an “everything store” available at the base of the Air BnB was super nice to have including a wonderful staff who catered to any need our family required. This location is an indeed a 1000% wonderful place to stay and I fully recommend staying there!! I’ll say it again!!! I can only say 3rd floor is difficult if you are an older person with huge baggage, but worth it!!!! Take the plunge!!! Stay at Yanna’s Unit!!

The apartment was spacious and the furnitures are nice and comfortable. The owner was really nice and helpful 🤗

The location was easy to find, though we had to pay parking on the street. The hosts were very nice & welcoming.

The apartment itself is nice but it needs a better detailed cleaning. The water pressure in the kitchen sink is a little frustrating, makes it impossible to wash anything. Breakfast was always served cold and on the second day I found hair on the plate. ( I took photo of it)
