Lack of toilet paper. No restaurants within walking distance and its hilly. Order by Grab app, like UberEats.

This places was an awesome value for me with my Genius discount. It's quite elegant and comfortable with a balcony with a great view. The wood floors and furnishings give it an artistic feel.

I was not concerned for my safety or that of my belongings, but the balcony is shared and the sliding glass door in my room does not lock properly. That should get fixed for future guests. It's a bit far from the center and on a hill. I'm a walker so am happy to get the exercise of walking up the hill with my backpack, but others will probably want to take a taxi or Grab car. That will involve a bit of extra expense. There's not much nearby. The Puregold supermarket is 700 meters away by a not so pedestrian friendly route. It's a big supermarket by local standards and has pretty much everything you'll need. I did no try it, but there's also a Japanese restaurant at the nearest intersection about 250 meters away.

The kitchen has complete utensils for cooking, shared dining area was big and the view at the upper rooms was great.

The stairs going down are steep and not recommended for seniors. The window of our room was at the shared kitchen so noise and smell of food being cooked is bothersome.
