Our home is Air conditioned for all season comfort. . Situated across the street from a beautiful (dog friendly park), and bicycle/pedestrian path. You will never drive again! Home has panoramic views of the famous Hotel Del, Glorietta Bay, downtown San Diego and the Coronado Bay Bridge. This is the perfect home to get away from it all, relax and enjoy the views.
Each room in our home has a veranda or deck, providing outside access. Stunning sunsets are visible from the upstairs family room. If you love outdoor living, you will love our home. From sunrise to sunset all rooms are bathed in natural sunlight, surrounded by a lush tropical setting.
This home has two gas fireplaces. The ground floor is tiled throughout, making for easy living. The outdoor patio wraps around the entire home, providing numerous gathering areas for family and friends in an atrium-like setting. A tiled outside shower is available.
Bicycles, beach towels, beach chairs, toys and umbrellas are all provided for your enjoyment

We really enjoyed our stay and the home was very clean and exceptionally well layed out for our family. We appreciated that the property is pet friendly, especially the park across the street where neighborhood pet owners gather each day around 4pm. The umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs, towels and beach toys allowed us to transport less of our own beach supplies. Beach, grocery, theater, restaurants and our favorite gelato shop all are in 10-15 minute walk. We celebrated a birthday and enjoyed many 4th of July activities including the parade plus fireworks from 4 locations from the rooftop deck. Very wonderful welcoming baskets--great family selections. We'd love to stay again and highly recommend. Thank you Chad and Claudia for your hospitality!

This home is very spacious, many, many sitting areas and well stocked with everything for a comfortable visit. Minutes walk or bike ride to the Del, the beach and the all the restaurants and shopping that the town offers. I would highly recommend this home. Chad and Claudia were very responsive owners.
