My large family (4 adults, 3 kids) had a wonderful time at Simeon's home. The layout was perfect with plenty of room for all of us with roomy bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen. Simeon was an excellent communicator, check in was easy and he quickly responded to our questions. It was very convenient having Daniel's market right across the street for extra milk, etc... and the access to I-5 was very easy. It is an up and coming area and we made sure to park both cars in the garage every evening.We did not use the outdoor areas which were a bit smaller than we anticipated and there is no BBQ grill.We let the owner know that we did not see any smoke/carbon monoxide detectors and the gym is a weight bench in the garage.We enjoyed our time in San Diego and felt it was reasonably priced.
