New floors, new furniture, new paint, new experience! On the first floor of the townhouse is an open living room and dining room, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. As this is an end unit, there are windows throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen, allowing lots of natural sunlight. Also on this floor is a full bathroom in the hallway and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Upstairs is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full private bathroom. You also have the oceanfront master bedroom with a king bed and a full private bathroom. There is a Washer/Dryer in the garage of this unit. Our family had a wonderful time in Wrightsville Beach at this convenient location. You can't beat the views or the proximity to dinning and shops. It was also nice to have an end unit with more windows and sunlight. The staff was quick to address some minor issues and were easy to work with concerning check-in and check-out. The unit is due for a new outside table (the current one is beat up) and a kitchen light fix.
I would definitely recommend family and friends stay at this townhouse!

We had a very hard time getting in touch with the rental company. Called several times on the way down with no answer and then left a message after we had check in about inadequate cleaning that we didn’t get a call back until three days later. The location is wonderful, couldn’t ask for better beach access. Station One is a lovely place to stay. Upon arrival it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned from people before... pillowcases obviously still used and on bed still, sand on furniture, wadded up, used paper towels in the outside shower, and hair on the walls in the shower. Called about this and nothing was ever done about it.
