Don’t miss one of the best views and most relaxed, private settings in Mammoth! Snowcreek offers luxurious, green rolling grassy knolls, spas, saunas, and a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a hike in the meadow or a cross country ski trek while taking in nature’s majesty right out the back door. This is a spacious, beautiful year-round choice! 1500 sq.ft.; 2 parking spaces. Close to free winter shuttle (Red Line) to town and Mammoth Mountain. Living Area: Large kitchen with new appliances, high counter with bar chairs, dining area, natural river rock hearth wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR/CD, washer/dryer, and deck with view & summer BBQ. We are no longer be a dog friendly unit in the winter months except for those that are grandfathered in as previous guests with no damages. We have upgraded our flooring/painting and, unfortunately, received several serious damaging issues with dogs in late 2021 and early 2022 after nearly 15 years of few, if any, damages. Please contact the owner if you have questions about this policy.
Snowcreek Athlete Club & two golf courses are located nearby (access to these amenities is not included in the rental, but available to the public)

Absolutely the best view in Mammoth. My husband, son, and I had a wonderful stay . The condo had everything we needed for our two week stay. When we took a break from hiking in the high country we enjoyed just walking out our master bedroom door , across the meadow, and onto the town loop path.

Well equipped condo in a beautiful area. Convenient to everything. Clean and spacious. Could benefit from better lighting in the kitchen, but we would certainly stay here again.

This is my 28th year attending the fishing opener and this is by far one of the top places to stay on my list. The cleanliness availability of the entire condo made it feel like it was a home away from home. Its nice to see the history of the condo within the decorations. Made it feel like we were truly on an outdoors vacation. I will definitely be returning for more stays at this condo. Thank you son much for allowing me and my family to be a part of your home.
