About this apartment rental
Spacious and bright, 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bath townhome in the Scenic Meadow area of Mammoth Lakes. Sleeps up to 8 (approx. 1300 sq. ft.). This spacious unit is just steps from the free town shuttle that will take you all around town, and to/from the mountain every 15 minutes.
Gain entry to the unit via the first floor, which has a mud room/bench, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The second floor features the living room, kitchen, dining room (with table for 6 and bar stools for another 2), and third full bath. The third floor features the closed/semi-private loft.
The first downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed, the second downstairs bedroom has a King bed, and the loft has two built in Twin beds, two Queen bed . The unit has 4 TVs in total, one in each bedroom, and a large flat screen TV in the living room with a smart streaming Blu-ray/DVD player. The living room also features a wood-burning fireplace to help you relax after a long day on the mountain.
We offer free password secured WiF, an in-unit washer/dryer, and plenty of board games. This is a quiet end-unit with nice views of the Sherwin Mountain Range, as well and the pool/hot tubs/sauna (which are just steps away).
The Snowflower complex features a hot spa and sauna, seasonal swimming pool and communal BBQ, tennis court, complimentary internet and cable TV.
Two paper parking passes are located on the kitchen counter. Parking is unassigned in the parking area in front of the unit on. first-come, first-serve basis.

We really appreciated the location of the condo which was away from the center of town. The location was quiet and the condo was quaint with a cabin rustic feel. What kept the condo from earning a 5 star rating was the loose tile in the mid-level bathroom and the carpet seemed to be be a bit dated. Overall, the condo was a great please to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet during the late summer month of September.

Check-in process was simple, and property management company was very accommodating. Condo has carpet which felt unclean. Several bedroom and window screens had holes in them. The slider screen door also had holes and would not fully close. Kitchen was mostly stocked, but we ended up re-cleaning all the pots and pans. Floors are creaky, so watch out if you stay on the first floor. Overall complex was nice, well kept, and close to all our favorite things.
