The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, 2nd master bedroom also has a king size bed while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds, comfortable for sleeping 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to make your favorite meals. Situated near the beach and on the canal, guests can enjoy an afternoon of hanging by the pool, walking by the water or enjoying their favorite water activity. There are 3 flat screen TV's equipped with DVD players in the home, beach towels and chairs are also provided. Bicycles are ready to ride in the garage! Two new kayaks are ready for you to explore the canals. Heated pool has a negative edge that overlooks the canal, perfect for relaxing and recharging!

Wonderful property and hosts! Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the commotion of downtown. The location allows access to the west marina, Pine Island and Veterans Parkway without dealing with Cape Coral Parkway traffic. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Well stocked with houseware needs including LP for the grill. Great view from the lanai with very few distractions from neighboring houses. The host was outstanding, responsive and friendly during our stay. Our travel plans were up in the air due to severe weather, the hosts were very accommodating and understanding. We would definitely recommend this property!

Although the house was overall very nice, the homeowner would not allow for an adjustment in the pool heater run time, therefore, the pool temperature was too cool making it unbearable to swim. Our family had young children. There were days when the outside air temperature was cooler and it would have been nice to have the water temperature much warmer to allow for swimming. For the price that the vacationer pays, this is a very important amenity. If this wasn’t the case, we would have scored a higher rating.
