Villa Preveli
Location: Prines near Rethymnon, Crete | 6+1
The house is located about 6 km outside of Rethymnon on the outskirts of Prines in a quiet location in a small settlement with stone houses in the Cretan style. Due to its hillside location, it offers a distant view of both the White Mountains and the sea.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms available.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed with an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom has air conditioning and a TV. From this bedroom you have access to the large roof terrace.
On the ground floor there is the second bedroom with a double bed, AC (the safe is also located here) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Also on the ground floor you will find a third, small bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, but without a wardrobe. All beds are equipped with very high quality mattresses. The living room is also comfortably furnished and all German programs can be received via the satellite system. This area is also equipped with an AC that extends to the kitchen.
The villa is equipped with WiFi
The villa has a new, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher... The kitchen also has a dining area for 6 people.
If desired, we will be happy to provide you with a baby bed and a high chair.
The terraces are equipped with high-quality garden furniture and parasols. The pergola on the upper terrace is shaded. There is a pool of approximately 32 square meters, which is of course only available to you. You can park the car under the old chestnut trees.
The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.
The length of stay from December 1st. until 31.03. is at least 28 nights.
The length of stay from April 1st. until May 21st is at least 7 nights.
From 01.05. - 06.11. All additional costs are included in the rental price.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked if available.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön mit einem traumhaften Meerblick von der oberen Terrasse. Tavernen, Apotheke und Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar. Nächster Strand ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Die Betreuung durch Familie Beibl war exzellent.

Villa für 6 Personen mit 5 Personen bewohnt. Wunderschöne Zeit hier verbracht. Ein Haus welches einem alles bietet um einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub mit Kindern zu verbringen .Der Pool ist groß genug um sich zu erfrischen und kleine Schwimmrunden zu absolvieren. Die Lage ist perfekt um Ausflüge zu gestalten und für das Einkaufen wenig Zeit zu verbrauchen, da das nächste Dorf mit dem Auto ca.5 min weit entfernt liegt.
Familie Beibl die Gastgeber stehen einem bei allen Fragen zur Villa und Urlaub jederzeit zur Verfügung .
Ein sehr gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis.
