About this house rental
Great for small family or 2 couples...or a single couple wanting room to roam. 4 adults max plus small child. Decorated Mid-Century modern to match the style of the home.
Major remodel completed late spring 2016. High end features, not your usual vacation rental in this area. 1100 sq ft open floor plan with oversized 2 car attached garage. Everything brand new including all appliances, fixtures, furniture, beds, bedding etc. 2BR, 1 & 1/2 bath.
Central air. All new electrical, plumbing and mechanicals, everything to modern code for your safety and comfort.
Spectrum cable internet (100 Mbps free wifi), Hulu Live, Disney +, Max, Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as Amazon Music included. 49 inch Samsung series 8 smart TV.
2 nearly identical bedrooms (12 x 12) with large walk in closets. 1 large spa-like bath (8 x 10) with large tub/shower combo. 2 sinks on 8 ft counter. Full size washer and dry on main floor near half bath mudroom area garage entry.
Good water views from large picture windows. Very nice well developed roadside park across the street with picnic tables and access to water on West Bay if you're bringing kayaks.
Wide deep lot with mature trees. House is set back from the road with long circle drive for safe exits. Great if you're towing a boat.
Large very private shaded back yard with new large concrete patio, grill and fire pit...serene..beautiful in a very simple way with lots of myrtle and ivy. Vintage Woodard dining set. Tall steep tree covered hill beyond back yard with no houses above (we own the top of the hill for something like another 400ft). Climb it if you'd like to look around.
Another patio out front with table for two....morning coffee, sunrise over the bay.
Close enough to downtown TC and very convenient to explore all the great things Leelanau County has to offer.
Please note that we are now being regulated by local government and we must comply to maintain our license to operate .... so you must also. It's easy. Basically, don't disturb the neighbors. No events or parties. No RVs, tents, campers. If you invite guests they must leave during quiet hours. 10 pm - 8 am weekdays, 11 pm weekends.

This is our third time staying in Tammy’s home and it was just as great this time. She has thoughtfully stocked the house with everything you could need for your time in TC. She always messages a few days before check in to see if we need the rollaway bed or anything else to make our stay comfortable. Her attention details and caring nature has brought us back time and time again. Book a stay here in any season, and you’ll be glad you did.

Our entire experience was fantastic. Our host, Tammy was personable and communicative. The location was perfect - set between Suttons Bay and TC we had all the options for food, drinks, entertainment and shopping. The home was clean, bright, comfortable and gorgeous. The outdoor setting with private backyard was inviting - even in late November. We also enjoyed the lake access across the street. Not only did it make for a beautiful view from inside the home but also allowed for some fun exploration during the day. Our group of 4 truly loved this rental. Thank you for sharing it with us!

We loved our stay here! It's in a prime location, has a gorgeous backyard, and is steps away from the bay! The bedrooms were great with lots of closet storage space, charging ports at each night stand, plus extra blankets if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Very clean and adorable 50’s style home! Backyard is stunning! Perfect distance from downtown. The host/owner is so sweet and attentive! Would stay again!
