This new modern condo is a perfect stay for those visiting Traverse City. Enjoy slab town or visit The Commons just blocks away! Grand Traverse Bay, festivals, restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, biking trails, and shopping are at your fingertips. This brand new condo is 2 blocks from West Front Street and steps away from Munson Hospital for those with long or short term stays.
The Space:
This is a brand new condo built in 2017! It is clean and pristine. There is one bedroom and a pull out couch, full kitchen, laundry, handicap accessible, full bath, and will be stocked with everything you need from bedding to coffee!
Guest Access:
We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo. Your condo will be located on the first floor of the building. We look forward to hosting you :)

In walking distance of Munson Medical Center
Other Things to Note:
We are fully staffed for your needs Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and have an on call person on evenings and weekends for emergent situations.

We had a great stay. The condo was a good size, clean, and well stocked with many of the essentials. The check-in and check-out process was easy as pie. We also loved the location. It’s about an 8-10 minute walk to The Village at Grand Traverse Commons and a 20-25 minute walk to downtown TC. Would definitely stay here again!

Most of time in TC was spent outside of the condo. We used bedroom and sofa bed. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have a foam topper to put on it.
