Perfect location, the apartment is 5 minutes walk from Duomo, ,SS Annunziata, 10 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and S Lorenzo Market.

Just 5 minutes walking from station and 15 minutes from Florence's airport by car.
On the 3rd floor with elevator.
I live just beside so I can ensure my guest the best staying.
The apartment is very calm and light, surrounding streets are full of restaurants, shops and cultural attractions.
The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and freezer) and is integrated in the living room.
The master bedroom is upstairs with a private bathroom.
Living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofa chairs and a table for 4/6 .

The apartment is located in the closed to traffic area, but if you have a car there are really near private and public garages. I can supply further information if needed.

We struggled over choosing “just the right place” for our stay- Chiara’s home was such an amazing surprise- when we arrived- it was even nicer than we expected, closer to everything than we understood, and more comfortable than we anticipated! We arrived mid morning and she was able to offer us an early check in and showed us around the apartment. The house is very well appointed and well stocked- it had everything we needed. There were plenty of blankets and pillows for our family of 5, and with 3 twin beds and one full, our three kids were happy to each get their own bed! The apartment was warm and bright with great windows and plenty of space for us. The location is absolutely ideal- a 15 minute walk to the train station, literally on the same block as the Galleria dell Accadamia, about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo, a 20 minute walk to Pitti Palace- it is an absolute ideal location.The photos of this lovely apartment do not do it justice, and Chiara’s hospitality is top notch. There is no need to look anywhere else- you should absolutely STAY HERE. You will not be disappointed!

Our stay in Florence was absolutely delightful! The apartment was clean, quaint, and cozy, offering the perfect blend of comfort and charm. Its central location made it incredibly easy to explore—just a short walk to many of the city’s top attractions, restaurants, and historic landmarks. The host was outstanding—extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I recommend restaurant Trattoria Za Za - lots of food options, reasonable price, delicious food.I also highly recommend taking the all-day Tuscany Tour (found on Viator)—a fantastic way to experience Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, and the beautiful Tuscan countryside. This was truly an unforgettable Florence experience!

Great location, easy walk to many sites and great restaurants (a few minutes from museum with statue of David, and easy walk to Duomo). Clean apartment that easily accommodated 6 adults. Couldn’t recommend more!!!
