About this house rental
Cozy villa with 2 bedrooms, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with door opening to the drying area with stairs to access the terrace with fantastic sea views, a living / dining room with fireplace and double glazed doors to a terrace / garden overlooking the sea, bathroom and 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with doors giving direct access to the terrace and garden and the other with a private bathroom. has energy certification C.
The pool of the complex is managed by the local Restaurant, conditions of use and any fees that are charged are not responsibility of the property owners.
For reasons of force majeure, we cannot accept reservation from guests attending to festivals.
For reservations in the winter period (January to March) the electricity consumption is charged extra.
Advise us if you require an extra bed, travel cot or baby high chair so we can leave it in the property for your arrival.

Nous a avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location noud étions 4adultes les explications par mail de l agence était très bien un plan et l endroit où se trouvait les clés de la location .très confortable et au calme les photos sont vraiment représentatif. Avec une très belle piscine a refaire

This property is overpriced in relation to other properties available through the same agent. Upon arrival we were informed that the air conditioning did not work and that a new unit was going to be installed. We were in the property without heat for 5 weeks so had to purchase firewood for a fireplace that didn’t generate a great deal of heat either. The kitchen was small and overstocked with dishes and glasses that were too many for a property of this size and we had to move some of it out so that we could get our food in. These difficulties were offset a bit by the fantastic views from the patio and rooftop terrace but there is no storage box for the cushions on the roof so if it rained the cushions stayed wet for days thus rendering the rooftop furniture unusable. If you are thinking of renting this place I would suggest checking with the rental agency they probably have better and cheaper available.
