About this apartment rental
Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated third floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city. Off site parking is provided free of charge at the City Parking Garage and there are many fee options next to the house.
Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.
If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

This place is absolutely amazing. Such a charming house with history and an incredible location! Once we parked our car we walked everywhere. We loved the porch with the rocking chairs and the patio overlooking the street. Definitely the most comfortable bed and couch we’ve ever had at an VRBO. We are already planning our next trip back!

Gregory was great with his communication and responded quickly to any inquiry. I do feel bad as we accidentally took the parking pass by mistake but he was wonderful in handling that as well.Sorry about that once again. Overall a great experience and you can't beat the location.

This was the cutest possible place we could have stayed for our 4 year anniversary. Cooking steaks and drinking wine on the balcony was beautiful.
