About this apartment rental
Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated first floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.
Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun. Off site parking is provided free of charge at the City Parking Garage and there are many fee options next to the house.
If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

This is a very nice rental and the perfect location for exploring old St Augustine. You are walking distance from everything downtown. The living area was nicely appointed and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. You might hear some walking around from the unit above because it is an older building. Also there is a public parking lot to one side and to the front so there can be a little traffic noise but it was normally quiet after about 10-11. The host was very responsive when we had any questions. The only slight knock is the ad said on site parking and while it does have a drop off spot to unload luggage, the parking is actually in the downtown parking garage about a 10-15 minute walk away. It is an easy walk through historic downtown but be prepared if the weather isn’t great. Again this nice rental in a perfect location and since we could walk everywhere we parked once and didn’t need our car again until we left. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Place was beautiful. Perfect location, and were thoughtful and considerate. Perfect weekend get away. The parking arrangements were well thought out and convenient based on the city.

Property is in a great location. Can walk to anywhere in Historic section. Lot's of eatery and shops. 10 minute walk to parking garage. If you want quick grocery items there is a convienent store on A1A just north of the parking garage called the Tiger Mart. 10 minute drive to the lighthouse and 15 to the Beach.Kitchen has full cookin items and a K-cup coffee maker. They also have some K-cups of coffee at home.I will come backMark Robles
