About this apartment rental
Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated first floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.
Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun. Off site parking is provided free of charge at the City Parking Garage and there are many fee options next to the house.
If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was perfectly located in downtown St. Augustine, so we were able to walk to restaurants and shops multiple times a day. We also drove to the beach daily, so we did have to make the walk to retrieve the car (about a 10 minute walk) each time we did that. The unit was very spacious for a one bedroom place, and we appreciated the keyless entry. Thanks so much for a great stay!
